Copper Stalled As It Watches Other Commodities Make Higher Highs

Copper reached a high of $3.3220 on the active month COMEX futures contract at the end of 2017 on window dressing. In my latest piece for Seeking Alpha, I observe how the red metal has been sitting by above the $3.20 per pound level as other commodities rally in the new year and investigate the prospects for copper to reach the $4 per pound level in 2018 or 2019.
